SOLUTION
FOR WORKERS
I designed the Workers App with the primary objective of digitizing workers' time tracking and enhancing job experience by introducing transparency and eliminating barriers such as paper-based time sheets. This has enabled real time and efficient resolution of occurring issues, saving both company and workers valuable time.
ORDERS
SIMPLIFIED TIME TRACKING FOR WORKERS
After user research, I made the interface straightforward: workers land directly in the Orders tab upon signing in or opening the app. Here, they can easily track their work time or report absences, with all order details and contacts readily accessible for their convenience.
WORKERS CALENDAR
ALL WORK DAYS — PAST, PRESENT, AND PLANNED IN ONE PLACE
The calendar allows workers to easily view their upcoming job assignments and review their tracked time history. Additionally, workers can use it to inform about absences in advance.
WORK HOURS & INCOME
DISPLAYING REAL-TIME DATA FOR TRUST & TRANSPARENCY
Workers receive instant notifications regarding their work time status updates and can access their up-to-date or past month income breakdown, including tracked and approved hours. Earnings are determined by workers' hourly rate and hours approved by managers.

FOR CLIENTS
The mobile app for Clients provides a simple interface for reviewing ongoing orders, approving workers' tracked working hours, and creating new worker requests if necessary. Clients are instantly updated about order status updates, worker absences, and more.
ORDERS
REVIEW & APPROVE WORKERS’ WORKING HOURS
As a client's manager who has hired construction workers paid by an hourly rate, your responsibility is to review and approve all tracked working hours. This can be done individually or in bulk actions. Additionally, managers have the option to modify workers' tracked time, providing their own reasoning, and admins will take action to resolve any conflicts.
RATING SYSTEM
MANAGERS CAN EVALUATE WORKER’S PERFORMANCE
I created a rating system for managers hiring workers, evaluating performance based on core characteristics: quality, speed, independence, and, most importantly, whether they would rehire the worker for another job.
NEW ORDER REQUESTS
HIRE CONSTRUCTION WORKERS ON THE SPOT
To reduce manual communication methods like phone calls, I designed a multi-step form for client managers to hire workers directly from the app. Managers receive instant notifications about request updates and can track its progress.
